Paused affiliates ÷ enrolled affiliates make pause %. Type both.

What you type
Paused affiliates — Partners Everflow paused in the window.
Enrolled affiliates — Partners enrolled in that same Everflow window.
Pause % = paused affiliates ÷ enrolled affiliates × 100. Clear fraud / cap rules when pause % is fat — do not invent a pause chip.
What not to do
Do not invent pause %. Do not mix payout-hold dollars into partner counts. Do not treat offer-cap fills as pauses. Do not average every offer when one owns the hole.
