Upsell chain steps drop shoppers
An upsell chain step can show more than it takes. Drop % = (shown − taken) / shown × 100. Type shown and taken.
Pair: Upsell chain drop on Orchestration. Bumps: bump take vs decline. Timer: funnel timer drop.
What you type
Shown — sessions that hit that chain step in the window.
Taken — of that shown set, how many took the offer on that step.
Drop % = (shown − taken) / shown × 100. Fix the step copy or offer when drop % is material — do not invent a drop chip.
What not to do
Do not invent a drop percent. Do not mix bump declines into chain shown. Do not treat timer exits as taken. Do not average every step when one owns the hole.
