Forter late-file mix is not Ethoca fight-clock
On one Forter representment queue, ratio late files to disputes filed. That mix is FT fight-clock %.
Pair: Deadline-miss share on Chargebacks. Ethoca twin: ET fight-clock. Chargebacks911 twin: C9 fight-clock.
Queue fields
Late files — Forter disputes filed after the written issuer / network deadline on the queue.
Disputes filed — Disputes Forter filed in that same representment queue window.
FT fight-clock % = late files ÷ disputes filed × 100. Fat FT fight-clock % usually means fight SLA lag on that Forter MID — chase that queue; never invent an FT fight-clock chip.
Guardrails
Do not invent FT fight-clock %. Do not dump Ethoca or Chargebacks911 late-fight files into Forter boxes. Do not fold alert-to-fight counts into late files. Do not blend MIDs when one queue owns the late pile.
Related: Chargebacks, ET fight-clock, C9 fight-clock, representment lag.
