What you type

Duplicate alerts — Forter alert rows the risk desk tags as a repeat of an earlier case on the desk.

Alerts — All Forter alert rows on that same risk-intake desk.

FT dup % = duplicate alerts ÷ alerts × 100. When FT dup % runs hot, dedupe before staffing or fee math — never invent an FT dup chip.

What not to do

Do not invent FT dup %. Do not dump a Disputifier or Chargeflow duplicate file into Forter fields. Do not treat alert-coverage or false-positive CB as duplicates. Do not blend networks when one seat owns the repeats.
