Offer pause is not geo-cap exhaustion
Paused offers ÷ enrolled offers make pause %. Type both.
Pair: Offer-pause share on Traffic. Cap: geo-cap exhaustion. Affiliate pause: affiliate-pause share.
What you type
Paused offers — Offers paused on MaxWeb in the window.
Enrolled offers — Offers enrolled in that same MaxWeb window.
Pause % = paused offers ÷ enrolled offers × 100. Unpause / replace offers when pause % is fat — do not invent a pause chip.
What not to do
Do not invent pause %. Do not mix geo-cap fill into pause counts. Do not treat Everflow affiliate pause as MaxWeb offer pause. Do not average every SubID when one owns the hole.
