Abandoned is not recovered
An abandon left checkout. A recover came back and bought. Recover % = recovered ÷ abandoned × 100. Type both.
Pair: Abandoned checkout recovery on Traffic. Mid-funnel: funnel step drop. Wallet: Shop Pay abandon.
What you type
Abandoned — checkouts started then left with no order in the window (your store rule — stay consistent).
Recovered — of that abandon set, how many later bought in the recover window you named.
Recover % = recovered ÷ abandoned × 100. Fix reminder timing when recover % is thin — do not invent a recover chip.
What not to do
Do not invent recover %. Do not mix new sessions into recovered without a rule. Do not treat email opens as recovered. Do not blend all offers when one funnel owns the abandons.
