Ship a minimum representment packet

How to run thisChargebacks4 steps
GuideRepresentment packet minimum — claim map · Calculator lives in the articleOpen

A representment packet that skips the floor loses before the story starts. Minimum: case identity, network reason code, disputed amount / currency, and family-matched proof. Nice-to-haves (brand one-pager, founder letter, unrelated 3DS on a NAS case) do not replace those.

Pair: Representment packet minimum — claim map on Chargebacks. What each family needs: evidence by reason.

Floor checklist

Identity. Case id / ARN / acquirer reference that matches the portal row.

Code. Network code — not only the reseller nickname.

Money. Amount and currency under dispute.

Family proof. The one piece that family’s table requires (scan, 3DS, listing, cancel log, refund confirm).

Then add supporting docs. Do not ship screenshots with no code.

What not to do

Do not fight with a logo PDF and no ARN. Do not paste a 3DS log into every family. Do not invent win-rate chips. Do not skip cancel-token on cancelled-recurring while you assemble the pack.

Related: Chargebacks, evidence by reason, reason codes, retrieval vs chargeback.

Procedure

  1. Match case id / ARN to the portal row.
  2. Print the network code and amount on the cover.
  3. Attach the family’s required proof.
  4. Add supporting docs only after the floor is met.

Failure modes

  • Fighting with brand PDFs and no ARN.
  • Using reseller nicknames instead of network codes.
  • Pasting 3DS into every family.
  • Inventing win-rate chips.

Worked example

None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.

FAQ

What’s the minimum before I fight?
Case / ARN or acquirer id, network reason code, disputed amount, and the family-matched proof from [evidence by reason](/manuals/evidence-by-reason).
Can a brand logo PDF replace the network code?
No. Issuers score the code and evidence. Marketing PDFs are not a minimum.
Is this the family evidence table?
No. That page names what each family needs. This page is the floor every pack must clear.
