Pull a single Verifi CDRN rail export. Tally packs that already filed yet still lack a required evidence field. Divide by packs that rail stamped filed. That quotient is VF pack-hole %.

CDRN export math

Blank-field packs — Filed Verifi packs that still show an empty required evidence field on the CDRN rail export.
