Not-received lives or dies on the carrier scan. A WISMO ticket proves the shopper asked where the order was. It does not prove delivery. Empty tracking is how you lose the fee and the ratio point.

Before you fight

Confirm the reason is not-received — not fraud, not as described. Pull the tracking number from the shipper. Need a delivered (or left-at / picked-up) scan dated on or before the dispute. Save POD or the carrier exception if you have it. Export the CS WISMO thread. If the unit is still in the warehouse or never scanned delivered, refund.

What not to do

Do not fight with “shipped” and no scan. Do not treat a CS reply as POD. Do not send a 3DS packet for not-received — that sits on fraud families in evidence by reason. Do not paste a crush photo into this path — that fork is damaged in transit vs NR.

Procedure

  1. Confirm not-received (not fraud / NAS).
  2. Pull carrier tracking and delivery scan.
  3. If still warehouse or no scan, refund.
  4. If delivered scan exists, fight with the scan — not a novel.

Failure modes

  • Fighting not-received with no delivery scan.
  • Fighting while the unit is still in the warehouse.
  • Treating a CS reply as the carrier POD.

FAQ

Can I fight not-received with a CS email only?
No. The packet needs the carrier scan. A polite WISMO reply is not proof of delivery.
What if tracking never shows delivered?
Refund. Fighting without a delivery scan is theater and burns the fee.
Is this the same as evidence by reason?
No. That page is the family pack map. This page is the scan checklist for not-received only.
