Alert refund and CS refund can stack
Chargeblast-class alert auto-refunds race the helpdesk. CS can refund the same order after the alert already credited the card. Type alert refund $ and CS refund $ on the overlap set, plus overlap orders.
Pair: Alert vs CS double refund on Refunds. Alert fork: alert refund vs fight. Credit vs reverse: store credit vs refund.
What you type
Alert refund $ — card dollars the alert path refunded on orders that also got a CS refund.
CS refund $ — card dollars helpdesk refunded on that same overlapped set.
Overlap orders — count of orders in that set.
Double $ = alert $ + CS $. Per-order double = double ÷ overlap. Match IDs before you type — do not invent an overlap rate.
What not to do
Do not invent overlap. Do not mix store credit into card refund $. Do not skip the helpdesk book when alerts auto-refund. Do not fight after both credits already posted.
