Alert escape is not network overlap
Escaped alerts ÷ alerts make escape %. Type both.
Pair: Alert-escape rate on Chargebacks. Overlap: alert-network overlap. Uncovered: uncovered CB rate.
What you type
Escaped alerts — Alerts that still posted as a bank CB in the Chargebacks911 window.
Alerts — Alerts in that same Chargebacks911 window.
Escape % = escaped alerts ÷ alerts × 100. Tighten refund / fight rules when escape % is fat — do not invent an escape chip.
What not to do
Do not invent escape %. Do not mix network-overlap counts into escapes. Do not treat uncovered CBs as escaped alerts. Do not average every MID when one owns the hole.
Related: Chargebacks, alert-network overlap, uncovered CB rate, alert-to-refund lag.
