Late fights are a different miss
A fight filed after the deadline is a miss. Miss % = late fights ÷ total fights × 100. Type late fights and total fights.
Pair: Deadline miss rate on Chargebacks. Pack clock: evidence pack hours. Alert lag: alert-to-fight lag.
What you type
Late fights — representment fights submitted after the issuer / network deadline in the window.
Total fights — all fights filed (or due) in that same window.
Miss % = late ÷ total × 100. Staff or cut auto-fight when miss % is fat — do not invent a miss chip.
What not to do
Do not invent miss %. Do not mix alert SLA into fight deadlines. Do not treat withdrawn cases as on-time wins. Do not average every MID when one desk owns the late pile.
