Block is not the same as review
Blocks and reviews are different decisions. Block mix % = blocks / (blocks + reviews) × 100. Type blocks and reviews.
Pair: Block vs review mix on Orchestration. Cash sibling: fraud block vs issuer. Step-up: step-up abandon cost.
What you type
Blocks — hard-block decisions in the window (fraud export).
Reviews — orders sent to manual review in the same window.
Block mix % = blocks / total × 100. Review mix % = reviews / total × 100. Tune rules when block mix is material — do not invent a mix chip.
What not to do
Do not invent a mix percent. Do not mix issuer declines into blocks. Do not treat step-up abandons as reviews. Do not average every MID when one owns the hole.
