Kount list-flag rate is not Sift watchlist hit
Divide list flags by auth attempts in one Kount decision cut. That ratio is flag %.
Pair: Watchlist-hit share on Chargebacks. Sift twin: watchlist-hit. Proxy twin: proxy-hit.
What you type
Watchlist hits — Kount list / watchlist flags raised in the decision cut.
Auth attempts — Auth attempts in that same Kount decision cut.
Flag % = list flags ÷ auth attempts × 100. Fat flag % usually means list drift or stolen-card heat — retune those lists; never invent a flag chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing flag %. Skip dumping a Sift watchlist file into Kount fields. Skip treating proxy hits as list flags. Skip blending MIDs when one seat owns the flag pile.
