Watchlist hit is not auto-block overturn
Watchlist hits ÷ auth attempts make hit %. Type both.
Pair: Watchlist-hit share on Chargebacks. Overturn: auto-block overturn rate. ATO: ATO-block share.
What you type
Watchlist hits — Sift watchlist hits in the window.
Auth attempts — Auth attempts in that same Sift window.
Hit % = watchlist hits ÷ auth attempts × 100. Tighten watchlist rules when hit % is fat — do not invent a hit chip.
What not to do
Do not invent hit %. Do not mix auto-block overturns into watchlist hits. Do not treat Forter ATO blocks as Sift watchlist share. Do not average every MID when one owns the hole.
