Soft descriptor match is not assumed
Soft descriptors on CRM orders can disagree with the statement line. Type orders and mismatches. Match % = (orders - mismatches) / orders x 100.
Pair: Descriptor match rate on MIDs. Drift: rebill descriptor drift. Fields: soft vs hard.
What you type
Orders - orders in the window you reconciled.
Mismatches - soft descriptor lines that did not match the statement / expected DBA.
Match % = matches / orders x 100. Fix the CRM map or MID soft line when match % is weak - do not invent a match chip.
What not to do
Do not invent a match percent. Do not mix hard phone/URL into soft-line mismatches without splitting. Do not treat rebill drift as the same as first-sale match. Do not average every MID when one owns the hole.
Related: MIDs, rebill descriptor drift, soft vs hard, descriptor phone/URL.
