Viewable spend is not CRM sale cost
Viewable spend = spend × viewable %. $ / viewable sale = viewable spend ÷ CRM sales. Type viewable %, spend $, and CRM sales.
Pair: Viewability vs CRM on Traffic. Native clock: native click-sale window. Call lag: call-close lag ROAS.
What you type
Viewable % — share of spend / impressions marked viewable (typed from the network).
Spend $ — ad spend for the window.
CRM sales — settled CRM sales attributed to that window (count).
Viewable spend = spend × (viewable ÷ 100). $ / viewable sale = viewable spend ÷ CRM sales. Bid on that — do not invent a viewability chip.
What not to do
Do not invent a viewable percent. Do not mix unsettled CRM holds into sales. Do not treat raw spend ÷ sales as viewable cost. Do not ignore viewability when comparing two native campaigns.
