Verifi CDRN clock-out is not RDR timeout
From one Verifi CDRN cut, divide CDRN alerts timed out by CDRN alerts. That ratio is timeout %.

What you type
CDRN alerts timed out — Verifi CDRN alerts that hit the response clock with no refund / resolve in the cut.

Timeout % = CDRN alerts timed out ÷ CDRN alerts × 100. Fat timeout % usually means desk lag or MID wiring on CDRN — chase that path; never invent a timeout chip.
