Verifi RDR timeout is not RDR decline
From one Verifi RDR cut, divide RDR timeouts by RDR enrollments. That ratio is timeout %.
Pair: RDR-timeout share on Chargebacks. Decline twin: RDR-decline share. OI twin: OI-timeout share.
What you type
RDR timeouts — Verifi RDR enrollment requests that hit the clock with no decision in the cut.
RDR enrollments — RDR enrollment attempts in that same Verifi cut.
Timeout % = RDR timeouts ÷ RDR enrollments × 100. Fat timeout % usually means MID / descriptor wiring lag — chase that path; never invent a timeout chip.
What not to do
Never invent timeout %. Never paste Chargebacks911 RDR declines into Verifi timeout fields. Never treat OI timeouts as RDR timeouts. Never blend MIDs when one seat owns the clock.
