Verifi RDR decline is not Chargebacks911 RDR decline
Open one Verifi cut. Put RDR declines over RDR enrollments. That is the decline %.
Pair: RDR-decline share on Chargebacks. Chargebacks911 book: RDR-decline share. OI clock: OI-timeout share.
What you type
RDR declines — Verifi RDR enrollment requests declined in the cut.
RDR enrollments — RDR enrollment attempts in that same Verifi cut.
Decline % = RDR declines ÷ RDR enrollments × 100. When decline % is fat, chase MID / descriptor wiring — never type a fake decline %.
What not to do
Skip inventing a decline %. Skip dumping a Chargebacks911 CSV into the Verifi fields. Skip treating OI timeouts as RDR declines. Skip blending MIDs when one MID owns the skew.
