Chargeflow representment win is not Disputifier representment win
From one Chargeflow fight window, divide closed wins by disputes fought. That ratio is win %.
Pair: Representment win rate on Chargebacks. Disputifier twin: representment win rate. Accept twin: auto-accept share.
What you type
Wins — Chargeflow disputes closed won in the window.
Disputes fought — Fights filed in that same Chargeflow window (not auto-accepts).
Win % = closed wins ÷ disputes fought × 100. Thin win % usually means packet / reason selection — fix that path; do not invent a win chip.
What not to do
Never invent win %. Never paste a Disputifier fight file into Chargeflow fields. Never count auto-accepts as wins. Never blend MIDs when one seat owns the loss rate.
Related: Chargebacks, Disputifier representment win, auto-accept share, deadline miss rate.
Procedure
- Type wins and disputes fought.
- Read win %.
- Retune packet / reason selection when win % is thin.
Failure modes
- Inventing win %.
- Dumping Disputifier CSV into Chargeflow fields.
- Treating auto-accepts as wins.
Worked example
None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.
