Co-man lead time vs launch ad cash
Co-man lead weeks set when sellable units exist. Launch ads burn $/week while you wait. Every delay week adds another week of burn with no inventory. Type lead weeks, weekly burn $, and delay weeks.
Pair: Co-man lead vs launch cash on Stock. Units: MOQ vs cover. Lot hold: CoA release hold.
What you type
Lead weeks — written co-man lead from PO / kickoff to sellable (not a blog average).
Weekly burn $ — launch ad spend you keep running per week until units are sellable.
Delay weeks — how many weeks the date slipped (zero if on time).
Planned cash = lead × weekly burn. Cash gap = delay × weekly burn. Delayed total = (lead + delay) × burn. Cut burn or accept the gap — do not invent a slip %.
What not to do
Do not invent a category lead time. Do not mix MOQ unit math into the cash gap. Do not keep full launch burn when the co-man already wrote a multi-week slip. Do not treat CoA hold days as delay weeks unless they moved the sellable date.
