Lot release late still burns ad spend
Ads can ramp before a lot is releasable. Wasted spend = delay days × daily spend. Type release day, daily spend $, and delay days.
Pair: Lot release vs ads on Stock. Expiry gate: lot expiry hold. Empty shelf: stockout vs ads.
What you type
Release day — planned release day index (calendar day or plan day) from the lot / CoA schedule.
Daily spend $ — ad spend per day that kept running after the planned release.
Delay days — days the lot stayed unreleased past that plan day (typed from QA / co-man).
Wasted = delay × daily spend. Pause ads or pull the lot forward — do not invent a delay chip.
What not to do
Do not invent delay days. Do not mix expiry-hold units into release-day delay without splitting. Do not treat planned release as sellable cover. Do not ignore inbound that is still not released (receiving not sellable).
