Order-match miss is not uncovered CB rate
No-match alerts over Ethoca alerts make no-match %. Type both from one feed.
Pair: Order-match miss rate on Chargebacks. Late refund: refund-window miss rate. Seats: MID alert coverage gap.
What you type
No-match alerts — Ethoca alerts with no CRM / gateway order join in the export.
Ethoca alerts — all Ethoca alerts in that same export window.
No-match % = no-match alerts ÷ Ethoca alerts × 100. Repair ARN / email / amount keys when no-match % is fat — skip a made-up match chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing no-match %. Leave late-window refunds out of the no-match count. Leave multi-network overlap out of this join grain. Split MIDs before you blend the hole.
