Refund-window miss is not alert-to-refund lag
Alerts refunded after window ÷ alerts make miss %. Type both.
Pair: Refund-window miss rate on Chargebacks. Uncovered: uncovered CB rate. Lag: alert-to-refund lag.
What you type
Alerts refunded after window — Ethoca alerts whose refund posted after the written deflect window.
Alerts — Ethoca alerts in that same window.
Miss % = alerts refunded after window ÷ alerts × 100. Fix refund SLA when miss % is fat — do not invent a miss chip.
What not to do
Do not invent miss %. Do not mix uncovered CBs into late refunds. Do not treat RDR auto-refunds as Ethoca window hits. Do not average every MID when one owns the hole.
