Overturn is not review lag
Overturns ÷ reviews make overturn %. Type both.
Pair: Manual review overturn rate on Chargebacks. Lag $: manual review lag. Depth: review queue depth.
What you type
Overturns — manual decisions that reverse the automated allow/block call.
Reviews — total manual reviews in that same window.
Overturn % = overturns ÷ reviews × 100. Retune rules when overturn % is fat — do not invent an overturn chip.
What not to do
Do not invent overturn %. Do not mix auto-clears into reviews. Do not treat step-up abandons as overturns. Do not average every brand when one owns the queue.
Related: Chargebacks, manual review lag, review queue depth, fraud review queue cost.
