Breakage is not cancel balance
Expired unused $ ÷ prepaid sold $ make breakage %. Type both.
Pair: Prepaid breakage rate on Subscriptions. Cancel leftover: prepaid cancel balance. Book mix: prepaid vs classic.
What you type
Expired unused $ — prepaid dollars that expired unused in the window.
Prepaid sold $ — prepaid dollars sold / booked in that same window.
Breakage % = expired ÷ sold × 100. Fix term length or reminders when breakage % is fat — do not invent a breakage chip.
What not to do
Do not invent breakage %. Do not mix cancel leftovers into expiry without splitting. Do not treat classic MIT as prepaid sold. Do not average every plan when one owns the hole.
