Count days from batch to bank
Captured is not in the bank. Days from batch to deposit, plus any reserve hold that stacks, times settled dollars per day — that is cash in float. Planning media off it is how you bounce a processor payment.
Pair: Batch to bank float on Payments. When void still works vs refund: auth / capture / settle.
How to read it
Type settled dollars per day for this MID (not CRM paid), batch-to-deposit days from this schedule, and extra reserve days if the hold stacks on the deposit clock. The calculator shows total days and dollars stuck. Stage names (sold vs settled vs withheld) sit on sold vs settled. Fee and hold dollars for the exhibit sit on the MPA waterfall.
What not to do
Do not treat a sales-deck T+1 as the clock. Do not count CRM paid. Do not forget reserve days when the agreement stacks them. Do not bid float.

Procedure
- Read this processor’s batch-to-deposit days.
- Add rolling-reserve days if they apply.
- Multiply by settled dollars per day.
- That cash is not a media budget.
Failure modes
- Planning media off captured volume still in float.
- Forgetting reserve days.
- Assuming T+1 because the sales deck said so.
Worked example
None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.

FAQ
- Is T+1 from the sales deck good enough?
- No. Type the batch-to-deposit days on this processor schedule. Decks lie.
- Do reserve days always stack on the batch clock?
- Only when this agreement holds settlement that long. Type 0 if they do not stack. Type the hold if they do.
- Can I bid on captured volume still waiting to deposit?
- No. Float is not spendable. Bid what cleared after the clocks.
