On one Primer router day, PR cutoff-miss % is the share of orchestration settles that missed the written settle window. Late-window settles count. On-time router settles sit in the denominator.

Pair: Settlement-cutoff miss share on Payments. Processor book: Authorize.net settlement-cutoff miss. Hold twin: settlement-hold.

What you type

Settlements past cutoff — Primer router settles that posted after the written daily window.

Settlements — Every Primer settle that posted that same router day.

PR cutoff-miss % = late-window ÷ all settles × 100. A fat PR cutoff-miss % usually means capture timing sits too close to the router clock — move the hour. Never invent a PR cutoff-miss chip.

What not to do

Do not invent PR cutoff-miss %. Do not load an Authorize.net or NMI cutoff CSV into Primer fields. Do not treat parked or rejected batches as late-window settles. Do not mix processors when one routing rule owns the miss.

Related: Payments, Authorize.net settlement-cutoff miss, NMI settlement-cutoff miss, settlement-hold share.

Procedure

  1. Type settlements past cutoff and settlements.
  2. Read PR cutoff-miss %.
  3. Move capture timing when PR cutoff-miss % is material.

Failure modes

  • Inventing PR cutoff-miss %.
  • Dumping an Authorize.net or NMI cutoff-miss file into Primer fields.
  • Folding parked or rejected batches into past-cutoff counts.

Worked example

None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.

FAQ

Is this Authorize.net settlement-cutoff miss share?
Processor batch vs orchestration window. [Authorize.net settlement-cutoff miss](/manuals/authorize-net-settlement-cutoff-miss-share) uses Authorize.net batches. This page stays inside Primer router settles.
Is this Primer settlement-hold share?
Parked batches vs late window. [Settlement-hold share](/manuals/primer-settlement-hold-share) is parked ÷ settles. Here you only score settles that missed the written router clock.
What PR cutoff-miss % should I invent?
None. Take late-window settles and all settles from one Primer router day.
