Seamless ACH hard kills are not Spreedly hard kills
Open one SeamlessChex ACH / card decline seat. Count hard ACH/card codes. Divide by the whole decline pile. The quotient × 100 is SC hard-decline %.
Pair: Hard-decline share on Payments. Vault twin: Spreedly hard. Soft twin: Seamless soft.
Seat fields
Hard ACH/card codes — Seamless ACH / card declines the seat marks do-not-retry / hard.
Whole decline pile — Soft plus hard Seamless declines in that same seat window.
SC hard-decline % = hard ACH/card codes ÷ whole decline pile × 100. A high SC hard-decline % means that Seamless seat is burning ACH/card declines that will not retry — move volume or fix the offer; leave blank chips alone.
Guardrails
Skip inventing SC hard-decline %. Skip parking soft-only codes in the hard count. Skip dumping a Spreedly vault or Authorize.net gateway file into Seamless fields. Skip merging seats when one Seamless MID owns the hard mix.

FAQ
- Is this Spreedly hard-decline share?
- ACH / card seat vs Spreedly vault. [Hard-decline share](/manuals/spreedly-hard-decline-share) stays on Spreedly. Hard / pile totals never leave Seamless here.
- Is this Seamless soft-decline share?
- Hard pile vs retryable pile. [Soft-decline share](/manuals/seamless-soft-decline-share) stays on soft codes. This page only scores hard ACH/card codes over the whole Seamless decline pile.
- What SC hard-decline % should I invent?
- None. Source hard ACH/card codes and the whole decline pile from the same SeamlessChex seat.
