Open one ShipBob FC cut. Read the available stamp. Subtract the receipt stamp. That day gap is SB receipt-available lag days. Keep units beside the gap so the cut width stays honest.

FC columns

Receipt stamp — Calendar day ShipBob wrote when the ASN hit FC receiving.

Available stamp — Calendar day those units flipped to pickable / ads-available.

Units — ShipBob units on that receipt-to-available cut.

SB receipt-available lag days = available stamp − receipt stamp. When SB receipt-available lag days climb, staff receiving/QA on that FC before you buy more inbound — blank chips stay blank.

Never invent SB receipt-available lag days. Never dump dock-to-putaway day CSVs into receipt/available columns. Never treat pick-to-ship hours as receipt-to-available days. Never fuse FCs when one ShipBob building owns the inbound pile.
