What you type
Unanswered OI — Order Insight inquiries with no timely response.
OI inquiries — Order Insight inquiries in that same window.
Miss % = unanswered OI ÷ OI inquiries × 100. Fix response ops when miss % is fat — do not invent a miss chip.
What not to do
Do not invent miss %. Do not mix Ethoca alerts into OI inquiries. Do not treat OI field gaps as unanswered. Do not average every MID when one owns the hole.
