Rework is not changeover hold
Rework units ÷ batch units make rework %. Type both.
Pair: Allergen rework rate on Stock. Hold: allergen changeover. Scrap: packaging scrap.
What you type
Rework units — units sent back for allergen / label rework in the batch.
Batch units — total units in that same batch.
Rework % = rework ÷ batch × 100. Fix line clearance when rework % is fat — do not invent a rework chip.
What not to do
Do not invent rework %. Do not mix changeover hold days into unit counts. Do not treat packaging scrap as allergen rework. Do not average every SKU when one owns the hole.
