Label reject is not fill-weight fail
Labeler scrap ÷ batch units make reject %. Type both.
Pair: Label-reject rate on Stock. Fill: fill-weight fail rate. Pack: packaging scrap rate.
What you type
Label rejects — Units the Vitaquest labeler rejected for print, skew, or glue.
Batch units — Units that ran that same labeler pass.
Reject % = label rejects ÷ batch units × 100. Fix plate, adhesive, or sensor when reject % is fat. Do not invent a reject chip.
What not to do
Do not invent reject %. Do not fold hopper fill fails into label scrap. Do not paste carton scrap onto the labeler. Do not blend SKUs when one label lot owns the hole.
