COA ready day — day index when that COA was ready / released.
Lots — lots waiting on COA in that same window.
Lag days = ready day − request day. Chase lab / sampling when lag days are fat — do not invent a turnaround chip.
What not to do
Do not invent lag days. Do not mix yield-loss units into COA days. Do not treat stability fails as COA turnaround. Do not average every SKU when one owns the hole.
