Disintegration fail is not hardness fail
Bath-break fails ÷ batches make fail %. Type both.
Pair: Disintegration-fail rate on Stock. Crush: hardness-fail rate. Assay: potency-fail rate.
What you type
Disintegration fails — Batches that failed the Eagle Labs disintegration bath.
Batches — Batches put through that same bath check.
Fail % = disintegration fails ÷ batches × 100. Fix binder, disintegrant, or press dwell when fail % is fat. Do not invent a fail chip.
What not to do
Do not invent fail %. Do not fold crush-force fails into bath rejects. Do not paste potency assay fails onto the bath. Do not blend SKUs when one press lot owns the hole.
