Eagle Labs pack-line scrap is not Vitaquest packaging scrap
Divide pack-line scrap by units produced in one Eagle Labs pack cut. That ratio is pack-scrap %.
Pair: Packaging scrap rate on Stock. Vitaquest twin: packaging scrap. Coat twin: coating-reject.
What you type
Packaging scrap units — Eagle Labs finished units scrapped on the pack line in the cut.
Units produced — Units produced on that same Eagle Labs pack cut.
Pack-scrap % = pack-line scrap ÷ units produced × 100. Fat pack-scrap % usually means sealer / cartoner / labeler drift — chase that station; never invent a pack-scrap chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing pack-scrap %. Skip dumping a Vitaquest batch scrap file into Eagle Labs fields. Skip treating coating or label rejects as pack-line scrap. Skip blending SKUs when one formula owns the hole.
