Eagle Labs print-and-apply scrap is not NutraScience label reject
Divide print-and-apply scrap lots by lots that hit the labeler in one Eagle Labs QC cut. That ratio is scrap %.
Pair: Label-reject rate on Stock. Other plants: NutraScience label-reject, Vitaquest label-reject.
What you type
Label rejects — Eagle Labs lots the print-and-apply station kicked before release.
Batches — Lots that hit that same Eagle Labs labeler pass.
Scrap % = print-and-apply scrap ÷ lots labeled × 100. Fat scrap % usually means plate wear or adhesive temperature — chase those holds; never invent a scrap chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing scrap %. Skip dumping a NutraScience release scrap log into Eagle Labs fields. Skip folding pan-coat scrap into print-and-apply counts. Skip averaging every SKU when one label lot owns the kick.
Related: Stock, NutraScience label-reject, Vitaquest label-reject, coating-reject.
