NutraScience label reject is not Vitaquest label reject
Put label-reject lots over lots that entered labeling in one NutraScience plant cut. The quotient is reject %.
Pair: Label-reject rate on Stock. Other plant: Vitaquest label-reject. Hold twin: label claim hold.
What you type
Label rejects — NutraScience lots the labeler kicked before release in the cut.
Batches — Lots that entered that same NutraScience label run.
Reject % = label rejects ÷ batches × 100. Fat reject % usually means plate, adhesive, or sensor — chase those levers; never invent a reject chip.
What not to do
Do not invent reject %. Do not dump a Vitaquest labeler unit log into NutraScience fields. Do not fold label-claim hold days into reject counts. Do not average every SKU when one label lot owns the kick.
Related: Stock, Vitaquest label-reject, label claim hold, coating-reject.
Procedure
