Label claim hold strands ship demand
Label / claim approval can hold a lot from ship. Stranded units = hold days × daily demand. Stranded $ = stranded units × AOV. Type hold days, daily demand, and AOV $.
Pair: Label / claim hold on Stock. CoA: CoA release hold. Expiry: lot expiry hold.
What you type
Hold days — days until the label / claim is cleared to ship (typed from the calendar).
Daily demand — units / day you would ship if the hold were gone.
AOV $ — average order value used to price stranded demand.
Stranded units = hold × demand. Stranded $ = units × AOV. Pull the claim forward or pause ads — do not invent a hold chip.
What not to do
Do not invent hold days. Do not mix CoA days into claim hold without splitting. Do not treat held lots as sellable cover. Do not ignore AOV when comparing two SKUs.
