Fullstack cross-dock trailer wait is not replen fill
On one Fullstack cross-dock board, subtract the inbound trailer stamp from the outbound trailer stamp. Keep lines beside that span so volume stays honest. The span is FS cross-dock lag days.
Pair: Cross-dock lag under Stock. Sibling on replen: FS replen. Sibling on putaway: FS inbound-putaway.
Cross-dock-board stamps
In day — Calendar day Fullstack stamped when the inbound trailer hit the cross-dock scan.
Out day — Calendar day that freight left on an outbound trailer from the same board.
Lines — Fullstack cross-dock lines on that in → out slice.
FS cross-dock lag days = out day − in day. When FS cross-dock lag days stretch, clear the Fullstack cross-dock queue before you pace ads — blank chips stay blank.
Hard stops
Never invent FS cross-dock lag days. Never load replen or wave-release stamps into in/out boxes. Never treat inbound-putaway or receipt-to-available days as cross-dock out. Never blend FCs when one Fullstack building owns the cross-dock board.

FAQ
- Is this Fullstack replen lag?
- Cross-dock trailer in → out vs replen request → fill. [Replen lag](/manuals/fullstack-replen-lag) starts at replen request. Here the clock starts when freight hits the cross-dock inbound scan.
- Is this Fullstack inbound-putaway lag?
- Cross-dock pass-through vs bin putaway. [Inbound-putaway lag](/manuals/fullstack-inbound-putaway-lag) aligns putaway against dock. Here you align outbound trailer day against inbound trailer day without a bin stop.
- What FS cross-dock lag days should I invent?
- None. Read in day, out day, and lines from one Fullstack cross-dock board.
