Fullstack wave cut to wave clear is not pack-to-ship
On one Fullstack wave board, subtract the wave-cut stamp from the wave-clear stamp. Keep orders beside that span so volume stays honest. The span is FS wave-release lag days.
Pair: Wave-release lag under Stock. Sibling on pack bay: FS pack-to-ship. Sibling on QA hold: FS hold-release.
Wave-board stamps
Wave day — Calendar day Fullstack cut / released the pick wave on the board.
Clear day — Calendar day that wave cleared outbound on the same board.
Orders — Fullstack orders on that wave-cut → clear slice.
FS wave-release lag days = clear day − wave day. When FS wave-release lag days stretch, clear the Fullstack wave queue before you pace ads — blank chips stay blank.
Hard stops
Never invent FS wave-release lag days. Never load pack-to-ship or staging-dwell stamps into wave/clear boxes. Never treat hold-to-release days as wave-release. Never blend FCs when one Fullstack building owns the wave board.
