Fullstack dock-claim is not ShipBob dock-claim
FS dock-claim % = damage claims ÷ shipments × 100 on one Fullstack dock window.
Pair: Damage-claim rate on Stock. ShipBob twin: dock-claim. Box twin: cartonization.
What you type
Damage claims — Fullstack shipments that filed a damage claim in the window.
Shipments — Shipments in that same Fullstack dock window.
FS dock-claim % = claims ÷ shipments × 100. A fat FS dock-claim % usually means pack or carrier damage on that dock — chase that seat; never invent an FS dock-claim chip.
What not to do
Do not invent FS dock-claim %. Do not paste a ShipBob or ShipMonk damage file into Fullstack dock fields. Do not fold cartonization or on-time miss into dock claims. Do not blend nodes when one dock owns the claim pile.
Related: Stock, ShipBob dock-claim, cartonization, on-time miss.
