Stand at one Fullstack pick-face short ledger. Count lines where the bin came up short during the pick. Divide by picks that ledger attempted. Multiply by 100 for FS pick-short %. Fill-gap short-ship cuts and mispick accuracy windows never feed this pick-face short cut.
