Fullstack mispick count is not damage-claim rate
On one Fullstack pick-accuracy window, A ÷ B make FS mispick % — mispicks over orders picked.
Pair: Mispick rate on Stock. ShipBob twin: mispick. Damage twin: damage-claim.
What you type
Mispicks — Fullstack lines that left the station with the wrong SKU or quantity in the window.
Orders picked — Orders completed in that same Fullstack pick-accuracy window.
FS mispick % = mispicks ÷ orders picked × 100. When FS mispick % spikes, slot or pick-path drift usually owns it — chase that station; never invent an FS mispick chip.
What not to do
Skip inventing FS mispick %. Skip pasting a ShipBob or ShipMonk mispick export into Fullstack fields. Skip folding damage-claim or returns-restock into mispick counts. Skip blending warehouses when one site owns the wrong-pick pile.
Related: Stock, ShipBob mispick, damage-claim, returns restock.
