FS restock-back % = dock-cleared return units ÷ dock-received return units × 100 on one Fullstack dock-to-sellable window.

Pair: Returns-restock rate on Stock. ShipMonk twin: restock-back. Claim twin: damage-claim.

What you type

Restocked returns — Fullstack return units cleared from dock back to sellable in the window.

Returns received — Return units that landed on that same Fullstack campus dock in the window.

FS restock-back % = cleared ÷ received × 100. Soft FS restock-back % usually means campus putaway lag — chase that dock seat; never invent an FS restock-back chip.

What not to do

Never invent FS restock-back %. Never paste a ShipMonk putaway export into Fullstack dock-to-sellable fields. Never fold damage claims or pick-to-ship hours into dock-to-sellable. Never blend campuses when one dock owns the stuck pile.

Related: Stock, ShipMonk restock-back, damage-claim, pick-to-ship.

Procedure

  1. Type restocked returns and returns received.
  2. Read FS restock-back %.
  3. Chase putaway when FS restock-back % is soft.

Failure modes

  • Inventing FS restock-back %.
  • Dumping a ShipMonk or ShipBob restock-back file into Fullstack restock-back fields.
  • Folding Fullstack damage claims or pick-to-ship into restock-back.

Worked example

None on this page yet. When one lands it will be a real case: what broke, the number, and what changed. Not a composite.

FAQ

Is this ShipMonk sellable putaway share?
Different 3PL book. [ShipMonk returns-restock](/manuals/shipmonk-returns-restock-rate) scores ShipMonk putaway. This door only scores Fullstack dock-cleared ÷ dock-received returns.
Do damage claims belong in this share?
No. [Damage-claim rate](/manuals/fullstack-damage-claim-rate) is claims ÷ shipments. Keep this page for dock-to-sellable restock only.
Can I invent FS restock-back %?
No. Pull dock-cleared and dock-received return units from the same Fullstack dock-to-sellable window.
