ShipMonk restock-back rate is not ShipBob restock-back rate
On one ShipMonk sellable-putaway window, SM restock-back % is sellable putaway units ÷ returns received × 100.
Pair: Returns-restock rate on Stock. ShipBob twin: restock-back. Lag twin: restock lag.
What you type
Restocked returns — ShipMonk return units put back to sellable after putaway in the window.
Returns received — Return units that hit that same ShipMonk FC dock in the window.
SM restock-back % = restocked ÷ received × 100. A soft SM restock-back % usually means putaway station lag — chase that FC seat; never invent an SM restock-back chip.
What not to do
Do not invent SM restock-back %. Do not load a ShipBob restock-back export into ShipMonk sellable-putaway fields. Do not fold restock-lag hours or damage claims into putaway share. Do not blend FCs when one warehouse owns the stuck pile.
