ShipBob restock-back rate is not ShipMonk restock lag
Divide restocked returns by returns received on one ShipBob restock-back window. That quotient × 100 is SB restock-back %.
Pair: Returns-restock rate on Stock. ShipMonk twin: restock lag. Claim twin: damage-claim.
What you type
Restocked returns — ShipBob return units put back to sellable in the window.
Returns received — Return units received at that same ShipBob FC window.
SB restock-back % = restocked ÷ received × 100. A soft SB restock-back % usually means putaway lag at that FC — chase that station; never invent an SB restock-back chip.
What not to do
Never invent SB restock-back %. Never paste a ShipMonk restock-lag file into ShipBob restock-back fields. Never fold damage claims or slotting misses into restock-back. Never blend nodes when one FC owns the stuck returns pile.
Related: Stock, ShipMonk restock lag, damage-claim, slotting miss.
