ShipBob mispick count is not damage-claim rate
Open one ShipBob mispick cut. Divide mispicks by orders picked. That ratio is SB mispick %.
Pair: Mispick rate on Stock. ShipMonk twin: mispick. Damage twin: damage-claim.
What you type
Mispicks — ShipBob orders that shipped the wrong SKU or quantity in the cut.
Orders picked — Orders completed on that same ShipBob mispick cut.
SB mispick % = mispicks ÷ orders picked × 100. Hot SB mispick % usually means slot or pick-path drift — chase that station; never invent an SB mispick chip.
What not to do
Do not invent SB mispick %. Do not dump a ShipMonk mispick or ShipBob damage-claim export into ShipBob mispick fields. Do not fold rate-shop skips or returns-restock into mispick counts. Do not blend warehouses when one site owns the wrong-pick pile.
Related: Stock, ShipMonk mispick, damage-claim, returns restock.
