Flow unsubs burn cash LTV
Flow-attributed unsubs remove cash LTV. Type unsubs, LTV $, and sends. Cost $ = unsubs x LTV. Cost per send = cost / sends.
Pair: Flow unsub cost on Subscriptions. Clock: flow vs rebill clock. Suppress: suppress vs CRM active.
What you type
Unsubs - flow-attributed unsubs in the window (same flow / campaign cut).
LTV $ - cash LTV per unsub (surviving-cycle, not billed remaining).
Sends - flow sends in that same window.
Cost $ = unsubs x LTV. Unsub % of sends = unsubs / sends x 100. Fix creative or cadence when cost is material - do not invent an unsub chip.
What not to do
Do not invent an unsub rate. Do not mix list-wide unsubs into one flow. Do not use billed remaining cycles as LTV. Do not treat suppress as the same as unsub cost.
